摘    要:
目的:研究黄芩茎叶总黄酮不同剂量对小鼠肝,脑组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性和过氧化脂质的含量的影响。方法:取昆明种小鼠40只,随机分为黄芩茎叶总黄酮3个剂量(200,400,800mg.kg^-1);以蒸馏水为对照组,每组10只,灌胃给试药每日一次,连续3周,3周后处死小鼠,快速取出肝,脑组织制成匀浆。

Abstract:
Objective:To study the effects of total flavonoid(TF) extracted from stems and leaves of Scutellaria baicalensis on glutathione peroxidase(GSH PX) activity and lipid peroxide(LPO) content.Methods:By random sampling,40 Kunming mice were equally divided into four groups of 3 dosage groups and one control group.The TF of 200mg.kg 1 ,400mg.kg 1 and 800mg.kg 1 were respectively administered ig to the 3 dosage groups once a day for 3 weeks(distilled water as controls).Three weeks later,the brain and liver homogenates prepared with the 40 experimental animal were used for determining GSH PX activity by chemical colorimetric method and LPO content by improved TBA method.Resuts:Compared with the contral group,TF increased the GSH PX activity and markedly decreased the LPO content.Conclusion:The TF has antioxidative effect.
