火焰光度气相色谱法测定空气中磷化氢的规范化研究

空气中磷化氢采集在内衬铝箔的复合膜袋中，取１ｍｌ注入气相色谱仪，经ＧＤＸ－１０１柱分离后，火焰光度检测器检测。样品浓度为０．２～１０．６ｍｇ／ｍ３时，测定的ＲＳＤ为４．０％～９．１％。样品在铝箔袋中保存，浓度可保持一周不变。本方法经辽宁省劳动卫生研究所验证，结果基本一致。

Determination of phosphine in air by flame-photometric gas chromatography

Air samples were collected in gas sampling bags made of aluminum and polyester and brought to the laboratory for analysis.1 ml of the sample was injected into a gas chromatograph equipped with a flame-photometric detector.A glass column (1m×3mm i.d.) packed with 40～60 mesh GDX 101 was used.Relative standard variations were in the range of 4.0%～9.1%for phosphine levels from 0.2～10.6mg/m3.Phosphine concentration was kept stable for a week when samples were stored in the bags. This method was verified by Liaoning provincial institute of occupational health.The results obtained were similar to the above.
