不同膳食特点地区中老年人血红蛋白及其与膳食营养的关系

摘    要:测定分析不同膳食特点地区975例年龄45~74岁中老年人的血红蛋白及其与膳食营养素的关系。结果牧民及城市居民贫血率低,北京及新疆托里分别为7.6%和4.6%。男性比女性血红蛋白高,血红蛋白随年龄增加而降低。相关分析结果血红蛋白与膳食热能、蛋白质、动物蛋白质与总蛋白质比值呈显著正相关。结果说明血红蛋白可用于中老年人营养状态监测。

Abstract:The relationship of hemoglobin and dietary nutrients intake were studied on 975 subjects of 45~74 years old in selected areas.The results showed that the prevalence of anemia was 4.6%;7.6%;13.6%;15.5%;25.7% and 26.4%,respectively for residents in Touli pastoral area,Beijing city,Xinyuan semi pastoral,semi-farming area,Baoshan fishing area,Huairou rural area,and Rongchen fishing area.The hemoglobin of males is higher than that of females,and is decreasing with the increasing of age.The hemoglobin was positively correlated with dietary protein,calorie intake,the ratio of dietary animal protein and total protein.This result suggested that hemoglobin can be used as an indicator for monitoring the nu tritional status of middle and elderly aged people.
