| 摘 要： | 目的探讨干扰素治疗慢性病毒性肝炎过程中出现的白细胞下降的趋势及相应对策。方法监测8例慢性病毒性肝炎患者在普通干扰素3～5MU通用名:重组人干扰素α-2b,商品名:凯因益生(配预充注射器),由北京凯因生物技术有限公司出品]抗病毒治疗过程中出现的白细胞下降,予以G-CSF治疗4周。结果干扰素抗病毒治疗1周～2周即可出现白细胞下降,加用G-CSF治疗后均可达到使用干扰素指征。结论干扰素治疗慢性病毒性肝炎过程中出现的白细胞下降并非骨髓抑制,加用G-CSF治疗后均可达到使用干扰素指征。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate WBC decrease and deal with it in course of Interferon α-2b treatment of chronic hepatitis.Methods 8 cases of WBC decreasing patients with chronic hepatitis in course of Interferon α-2b 3~5 MU treatment were observed and the patients received G-CSF for 4 weeks.Results After 1~2 weeks of Interferon treatment of chronic hepatitis,WBC started to decrease and WBC would increase to fit for Interferon treatment standard after G-CSF treatment.Conclusion WBC decreased in course of Interferon... |
