| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对患者标本质量的影响，减低不合格标本的发生率，切实提高医疗服务质量。方法将160例脑出血患者随机分为护理干预收集样本组与常规收集样本组，将两种护理方案对患者标本质量的影响进行比较。结果在不合格标本、检验结果不可信度、患者投诉发生率方面，常规护理组均高于护理干预组，差异有统计学意义。结论临床应积极开展护理干预措施，完善标本的采集、运送程序，降低不合格标本发生率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of samples, so as to reduce the incidence of unqualified samples and improve medical service quality effectively. Methods One hundred and sixty patients of cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into conventional care group and nursing intervention group. The effects of two nursing schemes on the quality of samples were compared and analyzed. Results The conventional care group was inferior to the nursing intervention group in the aspects of sample disqualification, incredibility of test results and complaint rate, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion It is advisable to perfect the regulations and procedure of the collection and delivery of samples so as to reduce the fraction defective of samples. |
