| 摘 要： | 目的探讨隐性骨质疏松性椎体骨折的临床特点,以减少漏诊。方法选取2008年12月至2009年12月在我科行椎体成形和椎体后凸成形术的骨质疏松性压缩骨折患者82例,经X线和核磁共振阅片分为有和无隐性骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者共两组,将两组患者的年龄、性别、体重指数、发病椎体数、髋部骨密度值用SPSS11.5进行统计学分析。结果共82例患者入选,其中有隐性骨折的患者14例,无隐性骨折的患者68例,隐性骨折的患者占此组病例的17%。14例隐性骨折患者中仅1例为2个椎体隐性骨折,余均为1个椎体隐性骨折。两组病例的椎体骨折数比较两组间有显著性差异,年龄、性别、髋部骨密度、体重指数两组间均无显著性差异。结论隐性骨质疏松性椎体骨折在临床中确实存在,并有一定的发病率,无明确的临床规律可循,应注意避免漏诊。
