| 摘 要： | 目的 总结二孔法腹腔镜下阑尾切除术的经验。方法 实施腹腔镜阑尾切除术320例，其中二孔法完成260例。结果 二孔法病人术后2～3天出院，仅2例发生切口轻度感染，无术后出血及残端瘘。结论 只要操作合理，对大部分慢性阑尾炎、急性单纯性阑尾炎及早期的化脓性阑尾炎均可完成腹腔镜阑尾切除术。

| Abstract: | Objective This article aimed to summarize the experiences of two - hole laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods 260 of 320 cases of appendititis were undergone the two - hole laparoscopic appendectomy. Results The patients were check - out without any complication except for two cases that got slight incision infections. Conclusions With proper operate processing, this method was suitable for most chronic and some acute appendititis. |
