影响牙颌畸形青少年正畸求诊意愿的多因素分析

目的：研究影响牙颌畸形青少年正畸求诊意愿的主要因素。方法：对2136例牙颌畸形学生进行问卷调查,分类整理后抽样600例,对资料进行单因素分析、多因素Logistic回归分析和Spearman等级相关分析。结果：单因素分析显示12个因素是正畸求诊意愿的影响因素。Logistic回归分析显示4个因素是正畸求诊意愿的主要影响因素。Spearman等级相关分析中,与单因素分析显示其余8个因素中的7个因素与多因素分析的4个因素存在相关性。结论：本研究发现家长对孩子正畸治疗需要的感知、家长对孩子正畸治疗费用的考虑、青少年对正畸治疗疼痛的恐惧心理、青少年对正畸医师的信任度是影响牙颌畸形青少年求诊意愿的主要因素。

Multi-factor Analysis for the Orthodontic Treatment Desire in Malocclusion Adolescents
