| 摘 要： | 目的了解淡色库蚊对化学杀虫剂的交互抗性，为合理有效地进行蚊虫化学防治提供依据。方法采用WHO生物测定方法测定3种抗性品系淡色库蚊对5种杀虫剂的抗性。结果DDVP抗性品系淡色库蚊抗性水平为8．38倍，对氯氰菊酯、三氯杀虫酯、残杀威和溴氰菊酯的抗性分别为52．50倍、7．61倍、4．74倍和0．75倍；残杀威抗性品系淡色库蚊抗性水平为11．34倍，对氯氰菊酯、DDVP、三氯杀虫酯和溴氰菊酯的抗性分别为8．08倍、2．85倍、2．00倍和1．80倍；氯氰菊酯抗性品系淡色库蚊抗性水平为243．00倍，对溴氰菊酯、三氯杀虫酯、残杀威和DDVP的抗性分别为28．90倍、17．28倍、1．49倍和1．38倍。结论蚊虫对某种杀虫剂产生抗性后，可能对其它杀虫剂也产生不同的交互抗性，用药前应作抗性测定，注意选择药物品种和确定使用剂量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the cross-resistance of Culex pipiens pallens to chemical pesticides,and provide a basis for chemical prevent and control of mosquito rationally and effectively.
