Cytokine Treatment of Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

The treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH) is a difficult content in clinical orthopedics.Up to now,its treatment is not satisfying.In recent years,the cytokine has already become a hot spot in the study of orthopedics.The functions of these cytokines became more out-standing.The cytokines related to the treatment of ANFH are introduced,such as bone morphogenetic protein(BMP),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),in order to make the readers have a whole comprehension of it.The problems and the prosperous of cytokines in this field are also briefly discussed in this paper.
