| Abstract: | An alpha-fetoprotein-producing transitional cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis is extremely rare. To our knowledge, this has not been reported previously. We present the first case of an alpha-fetoprotein-producing transitional cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis in a 70-year-old female. |
