| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨颈外静脉留置针穿刺在院前急救中的重要性.方法:对149例危重患者采用颈外静脉留置针穿刺术,观察其抢救效果.结果:本组无因静脉输液不畅而影响院前急救,无颈外静脉穿刺相关并发症发生.结论:颈外静脉留置针穿刺能够在院前急救中快速地建立静脉通道,保障各种抢救措施的及时、顺利实施. |

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the importance of indwelling needle puncture of external jugular vein in pre-hospital care. Methods：To use indwelling needle puncture of external jugular vein for 149 cases of critical patients,and to observe the rescue effect. Results：None of the cases affected pre-hospital care because of intravenous transfusion obstacle.No puncture-related complications occurred.Conclusions：Indwelling needle puncture of external jugular vein can set up intravenous line quickly in pre-hospital care and ensure the various rescue measures to practice promptly and successfully. |
