| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年高血压患者心房颤动(AF)发作与血同型半胱氨酸的关系.方法:将87例老年原发性高血压病患者按照有无合并AF发作分为两组:AF组为合并AF发作组19例;对照组为不合并AF发作组68例,分别做血清同型半胱氨酸浓度的检测,采用统计学方法比较两组血清同型半胱氨酸水平的高低.结果:AF组血清同型半胱氨酸浓度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:老年高血压患者AF发作与血清同型半胱氨酸水平关系密切. |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the relationship of atrial fibrillation（AF） and serum homocysteine（Hcy） in elderly essential hypertension.Methods：87 elderly patients with essential hypertensive were divided into 2 groups according to AF complication,AF group（19 cases） and control group（non-AF group,68 cases）.At the same time,the serum Hcy was examined and statistically compared between the two groups.Results：The serum Hcy level in AF group was significantly higher than that in control group with statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：AF onset in elderly essential hypertensive patients is related with serum Hcy level. |
