| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨患儿多巴胺静脉滴注安全的护理方法.方法:观察组30例患儿静脉滴注多巴胺采用循证护理方法,对照组30例输注多巴胺患儿采用常规护理方法.比较多巴胺输注过程中两组患儿血管刺激和损伤状况.结果:观察组血管刺激和损伤程度明显低于对照组(P＜0.01).结论:循证护理方法可减少多巴胺输注过程中对血管的刺激和损伤,循证护理增加了护理预见性,减少了盲目性,提高了护理安全性. |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the nursing care of safe intravenous infusion of dopamine.Methods：30 patients infused dopamine were observed with evidence-based nursing as the observation group,the other 30 patients infused dopamine with routine nursing as control group.The vascular irritation or injury situation was observed between the two groups.Results：The degree of the vascular irritation in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The use of evidencebased nursing care can reduce the vascular stimulation and injury in the process of dopamine infusion,increase the predictability of nursing,reduce the blindness and improve the security. |
