蓝科肤宁联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效观察

目的:探讨蓝科肤宁联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效.方法:53例患者随机分为两组.治疗组28例,蓝科肤宁湿敷的同时口服复方甘草酸苷片50 mg,3次/d.对照组25例,口服复方甘草酸苷片50 mg,3次/d,疗程均4周.结果:治疗组有效率(89.29%)高于对照组(56.00%),无明显不良反应.结论:蓝科肤宁联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效明显,安全性好,值得推广.

Clinical efficacy of velvetfeeling combined with SNMC for treating facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of velvetfeeling and SNMC for the treatment of the patients with facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.Methods：53 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The treatment group（28 cases）was treated with velvefeeling hydropathic compress for 20 min each time,twice daily,combined with oral SNMC 50 mg,3 times daily.The control group was treated with oral SNMC 50 mg,3 times a day only.The total course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.29%,and that of the control group was 56%,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.No significant adverse effects were observed.Conclusion：Velvetfeeling combined with SNMC may be a safe and effective treatment option for the patients with facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.
