阴道镜下宫颈活检与宫颈锥切术后病检结果比较

目的:比较阴道镜下宫颈活检与宫颈锥切术后病理诊断宫颈上皮内瘤变的价值.方法:回顾性对分析98例宫颈上皮内瘤变阴道镜下活检与宫颈锥切术后病理,探讨影响两者符合率的相关因素.结果:两者对比,宫颈锥切术后病理结果与阴道镜下活检相符的68例,升级的11例,降级19例.结论:仪根据宫颈活检结果指导临床对CIN的诊断和治疗有其局限性,若为中重度不典型增生应行宫颈锥切术,兼具诊断和治疗作用.

Comparation of pathological results of cervix biopsy directed colposcopy and cervical conization

Objective：To compare the diagnostic value between cervix biopsy directed colposcopy and cervical conization for cervical intraepthelial neoplasia（CIN）.Methods：Cervix biopsy directed colposcopy and cervical conization were analyzed retrospectively in 98 cases of cervical intraepthelial neoplasia to study the related factors affecting the coincidence rate.Results：Comparison of pathological changes following both biopsy directed colposcopy and cervical conization showed that 68 cases were the same：11 cases were upgrade.19 cases were downgrade.Conclusion：It is insufficient to diagnose and treat the patient with CIN only based on cerix biopsy.Cervical conization palys an important role in diagnosing and treatng patients,especially those with moderate and sever cervical intraepthelial neoplasia.
