Moria M2 90与110刀头制作的角膜瓣对LASIK术后患者视觉质量影响的比较

目的探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（LASIK）中使用Moria M2 90与110刀头对术后患者视觉质量的影响。方法术前条件基本匹配的中高度近视患者60例分成2组：使用Moria M2 90刀头30例60只眼为90刀头组,使用Moria M2110刀头30例60只眼为110刀头组。观察LASIK术后两组患者视力、屈光度数、对比敏感度和像差的情况。随诊时间至术后3个月。结果全部术眼术中无＂纽扣孔＂瓣、前弹力层破裂、游离瓣、不全瓣等严重并发症,术后未发生角膜瓣移位、皱褶、上皮下植入等严重影响视力的并发症。两组术后1 d,1周,1和3个月视力及屈光度数差异无显著意义;对比敏感度,术后1周,1个月90刀头组好于110刀头组,术后3个月2组比较差异无显著意义。术后两组像差均较术前增高,但90刀头组的像差增加值低于110刀头组。结论使用Moria M2 90和110刀头治疗中高度近视同样安全有效,使用90刀头的患者术后早期视觉质量更好。

Contrast Analysis on the Effects of Laser in situ Keratomileusis with Moria M2 90 and 110 Microkeratome on Visual Quality

Objective To compare the effects of laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK) with Moria M2 90 and 110 microkeratome on visual quality. Methods Sixty patients with medial and high myopia were divided into two groups: the 90 head group and 110 head group.Each having 30 patients,the groups were given LASIK with Moria M2 90 microkeratome and Moria M2 110 microkeratome respectively.All the patients received the operation on both eyes.The postoperative visual acuity,refraction,contrast sensitivity and wavefront aberration in the two groups were compared. Results No serious complication concerning corneal flap occurred during or after the operation in both groups.The differences of visual acuity and refraction were not statistically significant between the 90 head group and 110 head group(P>0.05).Nevertheless,as for contrast sensitivity,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups one week after the operation.The postoperative higher-order aberration of the 90 head group was(0.324±0.138) μm one month after the operation,lower than that of the 110 head group(0.341±0.127) μm. Conclusions While both the operation of laser in situ keratomileusis with Moria M2 90 and 110 microkeratome being safe and effective in correcting medial and high myopia,patients treated with Moria M2 90 microkeratome have better visual quality than those with Moria M2 110 microkeratome especially in the early stage after the surgery.
