ADC值在肝脏局灶性病变的量化分析探讨

曲源穆合塔尔摘要目的:通过弥散成像以获得肝脏局灶性病变以及正常肝脏平面相对应脊髓的ADC值,进一步探讨ADC值在肝脏局灶性病变诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析自2009年1月～2010年1月间54例病人,38例男性患者,16例女性患者平均年龄45岁,对其65个病灶在DWI序列进行检测,(平均直径5.67cm,范围3～15cm)。最终诊断根据MRI常规扫描,包括常规T1WI、T2WI以及增强扫描和随访。结果:显示b值1000s/mm2时,正常肝脏对应平面脊髓、肝癌、血管瘤、及肝囊肿的ADC值分别是2.02±0.32,1.681±0.41,2.230±0.41,2.894±0.67。结论:弥散成像有助于肝脏局灶性病变的鉴别。

Analysis of ADC values in Focal Hepatic Lesions

Objectire:To obtain ADC values of normal spinal cord and focal hepatic lesions through DWI and post analysis.ADC values are studied to further evaluate the significance of ADC value for the differentiation of Normal tissue and most hepatic lesions.Methods:Retrospective analysis is done for 54 cases of patients from January 2009 January 2010,38 male patients and 16 female patients with an average age of 45 years old.65 DWI lesions were detected(mean diameter of 5.67cm,range 3 ～15 cm).The final diagnosis based on conventional MRI sequences including conventional T1WI,T2WI and further contrast enhancement scanning and follow-up.Results:When choosing B value 1000 S/mm 2,The ADC value of the normal liver,hepatic carcinoma,hemangioma,hepatic cyst were respectively 1.382 ± 0.324,1.681 ± 0.414,2.230 ± 0.416,2.894 ±0.672 significant inter-organizational differences was found.ADC values of malignant tumors was significantly lower than that of normal liver and hepatic benign lesions.When choosing B value of 500,the normal hepatic parenchyma and hepatic carcinoma overlap between the ADC values,a statistically significant difference,consistent with most research.Conclusion:Diffusion imaging can help the identification of focal liver lesions
