中医情志护理对消化道恶性肿瘤患者疼痛的干预效果

目的观察中医情志护理在缓解消化道恶性肿瘤患者疼痛中的作用,以探索一种安全、高效的缓解疼痛的中医护理方法。方法选择2011年1-6月上海中医药大学附属普陀医院收治的消化道恶性肿瘤患者50例,予以中医情志护理,并在实施前后予以疼痛强度量表的评估。结果实施中医情志护理后患者疼痛次数明显减少,疼痛强度、平均疼痛程度、严重程度、轻微程度以及目前疼痛程度均明显减轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理能有效缓解消化道恶性肿瘤患者的疼痛,提高其生活质量,有较为广泛的推广应用前景。

Intervention Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing on Relieving Pains of Patients with Gastrointestinal Cancer

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) emotional care on relieving pains in patients with gastrointestinal cancer so as to determine a safe and effective TCM nursing method to relieve pains.Methods Fifty patients with gastrointestinal cancer were selected between January and June 2011 to implement TCM emotional for assessing pains in intensity scale before and after the implementation.Results After the implementation of TCM emotional nursing,the occurrence of pain was significantly reduced;the pain intensity,average pain,severe degree,slight degree and current pain degree of patients were significantly decreased;the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM emotional care can effectively relieve pain in patients with gastrointestinal cancer,improve their quality of life,and have a more wide application prospects.
