| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用超声测量胎儿多项指标预测出生体重的临床意义。方法应用B型超声对919例孕妇的945例胎儿进行双顶径、股骨长、躯干前后径和横径测量,并根据其指标计算出所估计体重。把预测体重和出生体重进行对比分析,并依据性别和新生儿体重进行分组对比分析。结果预测体重和新生儿出生体重相对误差在10%以内占86.98%。相对误差和胎儿性别和新生儿的体重无明显关系。结论应用超声测量胎儿多项指标预测出生体重,适用范围广,有较好的临床使用价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study multi-target,reliable ultrasonic measurement in the estimation of fetal weight.Methods Study of relationship between ultrasonic measurement of fetal biparietal diameter (BPD),femur length (FL),ante-posterior trunk diameter (APTD) and transversal trunk diameter (TTD) and neonatal birthweight in 945 cases.Study of the effect of fetal sex and differential weight in estimation of fetal weight.Results The study showed that predictive value was 86.98% and error lowered 10%.There was no significant correlation between predictive value and fetal sex on differential weight.Conclusions Multi-target ultrasonic measurement is widely suitable and valuable index in the estimation of fetal weight. |
