米非司酮、米索前列醇、PG05用作宫颈扩张剂临床随机比较试验

132例早孕对象(停经≤70天)随机分成四组。组Ⅰ服米非司酮25mg,12小时一次连服4次,48小时后行人流术;组Ⅱ服米索前列醇4片,3小时后行人流术;组ⅢPG05 1mg,阴道后穹窿给药2小时后行人流术;组Ⅳ对照组,人流术前不用药。结果显示:宫颈扩张度组Ⅰ为6.56±1.00(mm),组Ⅱ为6.82±0.98(mm);组Ⅲ6.82±1.07(mm);组IV 5.17±0·76(mm)。用药组均与对照组在统计学上有显著差异(PM

Clinical Comparison of Mifepristone,Misoprostol and PG05 Used for Cervix Dilation.

One hundrend and thirty-two cases ofearly pregnant women (amenorrhea less than70 days)were allocated at random into the fol-lowing four groups: Group 1: mifepristone 25mg q12h×4 and the operation of artificialabortion was performed 48 hours later;Group2:misoprostol 4 tablets and the operation wasperformed 3 hours later;Group 3: PG05 1 mginto fornix vaginae and the operation was per-formed 2 hours later; Group 4: the controlgroup and no drugs were used before the oper-ation. Our results showed that the degrees ofcervix dilation were 6.56±1. 00(mm)in group1; 6. 82±0. 98 (mm)in group 2; 6. 82±1. 07(mm) in group 3; and 5.17±0. 76(mm) ingroup 4. the degrees of cervix dilation in thefirst three groups are significantly higher thanthe degree in the control group (P<0. 05). Ingroup 2,the amount of bleeding during the op-eration is significantly less than in the controlgroup (P<0. 05). Our results suggested that mifepristone, misoprostol and PG05 were ef-fective for cervix dilation. Both mifepristoneand misoprostol are cheaper,easier to adminis-ter and store, have less side effects,and miso-prostol is the best choice for clinical use incervix dilation.
