| 摘 要： | 目的探讨院外护理干预对股骨头坏死患者介入术后遵医行为的影响。方法将180例出院患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组90例,离院后对观察组进行护理干预,对照组不实施干预。于3个月后对两组患者进行遵医行为调查。结果观察组的遵医行为明显高于对照组。结论股骨头坏死患者介入术后给予院外护理干预,可以明显提高其遵医行为,有利于疾病恢复,巩固治疗效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the influence of out-of-sanatorium nursing intervention on treatment compliance of sufferers with femoral head necrosis after intervention.Methods 180 out-of-sanatorium sufferers were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 90 in each group.The observation group were given nursing intervention while the control group were not.After three months,their treatment compliance was investigated.Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was clearly better than that of the control group.Conclusion For those sufferers with femoral head necrosis after intervention,out-of-sanatorium nursing intervention can obviously increase their treatment compliance,which can benefit the recovery and consolidate the treatment effects. |
