| 摘 要： | 目的 了解上海市心理咨询中心门诊初诊咨客的咨询问题分布。方法 对 2 0 0 1年 5月至 2 0 0 2年 1 1月 3 2位专家的门诊登记进行统计分析。结果 调查咨客 7487例 ,其中重性精神障碍 1 1 61 ( 2 1 .5 2 %) ,轻性精神障碍 3 62 4例 ( 4 8.40 %) ,一般心理问题 2 2 5 2例 ( 3 0 .0 8%)。结论 咨询问题以轻性精神障碍较为突出 ,一般心理问题涉及范围较广 ,诊断名称不统一。心理咨询应建立一套统一的诊断名称 ,以便于交流 ,提高服务质量 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate general view of the first outpatients in the consulting department of Shanghai Mental Health Center.Methods We use the statistic method to analyze the data of the registrated outpatients who see 32 consulting specialists of our department from May 2001 to November 2002.Results of the 7487 clients in this study,1161(21.52%),disorder;3624 clients(48.4%)have minormetal disorder and 2252(30.08%)clients have the general psychological problems.Conclusion the distribution of the minor mental disorder is larger than the other two.And the general psychological problems have lots of types,while their diagnosis are quite different.In order to improve the consulting quality,we'd better make a system of diagnostic terms. |
