急性心肌梗死患者血清促血小板生成素水平的改变

目的:观察急性心肌梗死时病人血清血小板生成素(TPO)、肌酸磷酸激酶同功酶(CPK-MB)和外周血的变化,探讨其相互关系及可能的存在机制。方法:在急性心肌梗死24h内采集18例病人的血液样本,测定外周血成分变化、血清CK-MB和TPO含量改变。另选择18例健康人群作对照。结果:外周血中血液成分包括WBC、RBC、HBG、HCT和PLT在观察组与对照组比较无统计学意义(p>0.05);但血清样本中TPO水平变化,急性心肌梗死病人的TPO均比对照组升高(p<0.001)。结论:造血生长因子TPO在急性心肌梗死病人的血清存在显著的升高,提示心梗后的TPO水平改变有机体应激反应性升高的可能,TPO水平存在着多种因素的调控和影响。

The Changes of TPO in serum in AMI Patients

Objective: To understand the level of thrombopoietin(TPO) in serum and the changing of peripheral blood constituents when acute myocardial infarction(AMI) occurred.Method: Venous blood samples of the subjects were drawn within 24h after admission.The serum TPO was measured by ELISA in 26 patients with AMI,and 18 healthy adult subjects served as controls.Result: The count of platelet in peripheral blood and the serum CK-MB were also measured in the same time.The rising of TPO in serum were found after AMI(p<0.001).Conclusion: The regulation of TPO would be cooperated by multiple factors,and participate in the protective and repair process of the injury or necrosis tissue after AMI.
