By using acupoint injection with antibiotics into Huiyin (CV 1) and the prostate,we treated 122 cases of chronic prostatitis.The report is now given as follows.1Clinical Data 1.1Diagnostic criteria The diagnostic criteria were referred to the involved studies[1,2].(1) Urgent,burning and dripping urination;(2) discomfort or bloating pain in the perineum,sacral region,lower abdomen,groin,urinary tract or testis;(3) sticky secretion at urethra,often occurring at the end of urination or afterwards;(4) accompanied by impotence,premature ejaculation,spermatorrhea,or loss of libido;(5) digital rectal exam finds unsmooth surface of the prostate,uneven hardness,pressing pain,etc;(6) test of prostate fluid shows white blood cell (WBC) ＞10 every high-power field,and decreased amount of lecithin.
