0.05%卤米松乳膏联合He-Ne激光照射治疗肛门湿疹的疗效观察

目的观察0.05%卤米松乳膏联合He-Ne激光照射治疗肛门湿疹的疗效、耐受性及不良反应。方法肛门湿疹患者186例,治疗组96例,每日将0.05%卤米松乳膏均匀涂在患处,再以波长632.8 mn、功率120 mW、光斑直径6 cm的He-Ne激光照射患处,每日照射1次,时间15～30 min。对照组90例,仅采用He-Ne激光治疗,方法同上。结果治疗组痊愈率98.9%,复发率2.1%;对照组痊愈率42.2%,复发率74.7%。两组疗效比较差异有显著意义（P〈0.01）。结论 0.05%卤米松乳膏联合He-Ne激光治疗肛门湿疹治愈率高,疗程短,复发率低,痛苦小。

Observation on Curative Effects of the Combined Therapy with 0.05% Halometasone Cream and He-Ne Laser Against Anus Eczema

Objective To observe the curative effect,tolerance and adverse reaction of the combined therapy with 0.05% halometasone cream and He-Ne laser against anus eczema. Methods One hundred and eighty-six patients with anus eczema were enrolled in the study and assigned to the treatment group(96 cases) and control group(90 cases).The patients in the treatment group were applied with 0.05% halometasone cream on the affected part and then treated with He-Ne laser(wavelength=632 nm,output=120 mW and spot diameter=6 mm) for 15-30 minutes once every day.Those in the control group received the same therapy except for the application of 0.05% halometasone cream. Results While the treatment group featuring a cure rate of 98.9% and a recurrence rate of 2.1%,the control group has a cure rate of 42.2% and a recurrence rate of 74.7%.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusions For anus eczema,the combined therapy of 0.05% halometasone cream and He-Ne laser can raise the cure rate,shorten the course of treatment,reduce the recurrence rate and make patients less painful.
