| 摘 要： | 目的评价不同方法治疗男性乳腺发育症的效果。方法近3年来,根据不同的分度,采用不同的方法治疗男性乳腺发育症共42例。单侧乳房切除腺体为20～150g,抽吸脂肪总量为200～1100ml。结果手术损伤小,效果满意,胸部外形良好,乳晕瘢痕增生轻微。结论根据不同的分度,采用不同的方法治疗男性乳腺发育症,能够在完整切除乳腺腺体的同时,获得最佳的外形效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the method of according to different graduation for different curative means for gynecomastia.Methods In the past 3 years,we treated 42 cases of gynecomastia via the method of according to different graduation for different curative means.The mammary gland resected from each side ranged from 20 g to 150 g.The total amount of the fat liposucted ranged from 200 ml to 1 100 ml.Results The operation was performed with less injury,satisfied chest appearance,mild scar.Conclusions By the method of of according to different graduation for different curative means for gynecomastia,the best chest appearance can be achieved,and the mammary gland can be resected completely at the same time. |
