| 摘 要： | 目的讨论阴式超声及宫腔镜对异常子宫出血的诊断价值并对二者进行比较。方法对90例异常子宫出血患者进行阴式超声及宫腔镜检查。宫腔镜检查后常规行诊刮或定位活检。结果阴式超声结果与宫腔镜检查结合病理诊断结果差异具有显著性。结论对于异常子宫出血的诊断,宫腔镜检查明显优于阴式超声。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of diagnosis of applying TBS and hysteroscopy on the abnormal uterine bleeding and compare them. Methods Ninty patients of the abnormal uterine bleeding were examined by TBS and hysteroscopy. They were examined by curettage after hysteroscopy. Result There was significant difference between TBS and hysteroscopy. Conclusion Hysteroscopy is better than TBS to the dignosis of abnormal uterine bleeding. |
