广州市大学生自救互救知识需求调查

摘    要:
目的了解广州市大学生自救互救知识内容和途径的需求,为制订针对性的措施提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段抽样的方法,自编问卷以匿名填写的方式,对广州市5所高校1408名大学生自救互救知识内容和途径的需求进行调查。结果1408名大学生中,89.70%认为学习自救互救知识是“有必要”的。曾接受过的自救互救知识主要是火灾(57.24%)、地震(53.98%);最希望接受的是现场急救技术(70.53%)、车祸(65.84%)、水灾/溺水(64.13%)和火灾(63.99%)知识;除地震外,其余各方面的期望接受比例均明显增高(P值均为0.000),以车祸的增幅最大。已接受的自救互救知识主要来源于课堂教育/讲座(75.00%)和网络报纸等传媒(66.26%);在希望接受途径中,70.38%的被调查者选择2种及以上途径,集中于课堂教育/讲座(73.93%)和网络报纸等传媒(70.10%)。结论广州大学生对自救互救知识的需求强烈,学校和社会在内容丰富、途径多样的前提下,开展相关的宣传教育,以满足其自救互救知识的需求及能力的提高。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the demands of emergency self-rescue and mutual-rescue among college students in Guangzhou and provide evidence for improving college students' disaster rescue ability. Methods 1408 of college students from 5 schools in Guangzhou were selected by multistage sampling method and were interviewed with self-designed questionnaire about contents and approaches of emergency self-rescue and mutual-rescue. Results Among 1408 students, 89. 70% of them thought learning self-rescue and mutual-rescue knowledge was "very necessary". What they learned rescue knowledge were fire (57.24%) and earthquake (53.98%). What they hope to learn rescue knowledge were on-site first aid (70. 53% ), traffic accident (65.84%), flood/drowning (64. 13% ) and fire hazard (63.99%). The expectation proportion on each aspect was increasing obviously ( P = 0. 000 ) except of earthquake rescue, and the highest increase in traffic accident rescue. Most of their knowledge came from class/lecture ( 75.00% ) and internet/newspaper ( 66.26% ). About 70. 38% participants chose more than 2 kinds of approaches as hopeful ways, and focused on class/lecture (73.93%) and Internet/newspaper (70. 10%). Conclusion The demands of self-rescue and mutual-rescue among college students in Guangzhou were very strong. Abundant and varied relevant measures should be taken to satisfy their demand and improve their ability.
