北京市公务员工作状况与生活质量自评研究

摘    要:
目的 了解北京市公务员工作性质和生活质量自评现状及二者之间的关系.方法 采取分层整群抽样的方法,在北京市选取了朝阳、丰台、西城3个区,每个区抽取1~2家公务员单位,对抽中单位中18~ 60岁的所有在职公务员开展问卷调查.结果 共调查公务员1106人,男性620人,女性480人.47.7%的调查对象对工作环境非常满意/满意;68.7%的调查对象工作时间在8~10h; 52.9%的调查对象从来/偶尔感到工作强度较大;76.3%的调查对象非常喜欢/喜欢当前的工作;64.4%的调查对象完全/能胜任当前的工作;49.5%的调查对象认为自己的工作被上级领导完全认可/认可;59.6%的调查对象认为自己的工作有很大/有成就感.调查对象生活质量得分为79.22±11.53分.经单因素分析和多因素分析后发现,对工作环境满意(b=1.601,b’=0.092)、工作强度小(b=1.614,b’=-0.100)、能够胜任工作(b=2.199,b’=0.129)、在工作中的成就感较大(b=2.078,b’=0.603)、在工作中能够得到上级的认可(b=2.166,b’=0.098)的调查对象生活质量自评得分较高(P<0.05).结论 公务员生活质量自评得分与工作强度、工作是否有成就感、在工作中能力是否得到发挥、对工作环境是否满意、工作能否胜任以及工作能否得到上级认可等工作状况有关.

Abstract:
Objective To understand the work status and quality of life of civil servants in Beijing, and to analyze the relationship between them. Methods With multi-stage stratified sampling, the civil servant units of Chaoyang District, Fengtai District, Xicheng District and Dongcheng District were selected from Beijing eight districts, and one or two civil servant unit was selected from each district. Questionnaires survey was conducted among civil servants aged 18 to 60 years in sample unit. Results 1106 civil servants were investigated, 620 men and 480 women. 47.7% of the people satisfied with the working condition, 68. 7% of the people worked about 8 to 10 hours, 52. 9% felt low frequency of great work intensity, 76. 3% liked the current work, 64.4% with competent in the job, 49. 5% with higher recognition, 59. 6%with sense of a- chievement in job. The quality of life average scores of respondents 79.22 + 11.53. The results of multiple linear regression showed that respondents with the work environment satisfactory (b = 1. 601, b' = 0. 092) , with less work intensity (b = 1.614, b' = -0. 100), job competent (b =2. 199, b' =0. 129), with sense of accomplishment (b =2.078, b' = 0. 603), with higher recognition ( b = 2. 166, b' = 0. 098 ) had higher quality of life scores. Conclusion The self-rated quality of life of civil servants was associated with work intensity, sense of accomplishment, able to play their ability, work environment satisfactory, job recognition and job competent.
