| 摘 要： | 目的:为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索1997年1月～2006年12月国内医药学期刊报道的5种主要抗结核药所致不良反应案例409例,并进行统计、分析。结果:抗结核药的不良反应涉及皮肤及其附件以及泌尿、神经、血液等多个系统,主要与过敏反应和药物自身的毒性有关,急性肾功能衰竭、药疹、发热、过敏性休克的发生率较高。结论:临床应重视抗结核药的不良反应,进行规范化治疗。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To analyze the characteristics of adverse drug reactions （ADR） induced by antituberculosis drugs so as to provide references for the rational use of drugs in the clinic. METHODS： 409 ADR cases induced by 5 main antituberculosis drugs in domestic medical journal from Jan. 1997 to Dec. 2006 were collected and analyzed statistically. RESULTS： Many systems were involved in ADR, such as skin, urinary system, neural system, hematological system, etc., which were associated with allergic reaction and toxicity of drugs. Acute renal failure （ARF）, drug eruption, fever and anaphylactic shock showed high incidences. CONCLUSION： Attention should be paid to ADR induced by antituberculosis drugs to standardize treatment. |
