狼毒大戟的生药学研究

目的:通过对狼毒大戟的生药学鉴定研究,为该药的开发利用及质量标准的制定提供依据.方法:应用药材性状鉴别,显微鉴别及薄层色谱鉴别法.结果;狼毒大戟根的横切面可见多轮同心内函韧皮部异常构造,薄层色谱鉴别地上和地下部分所含化学成分有异同性,结论:其断面异常构造及薄层方法均可为该药鉴定提供依据.

Pharmacognostic study onroot of Euphorbia fischeriana

Object A pharmacognostic study on the root of Euphorbia fischeriana Steud was carried out for the purpose to provide a scientific basis for the development, utilization and formulation of its quality control standard Methods Both the macro and micro scopic characteristics of the drug were examined and its chemical constituents monitored by TLC Results The cross section of the root showed a phloem with an unusual structure of multilayer concentric rings and its TLC showed that the chemical constituents of the aerial and underground parts contained both similar and different ingredients Conclusion The cross sectional structure and TLC spectrum could provide evidences for the identification of the plant
