慢性肾病声像图改变与肾功能的对照观察

本文研究７８例慢性肾病超声图像，根据肾的长径，肾皮质回声及宽度，肾窦与肾面积比率和肾实质回声强度的改变以及皮、髓质（锥体）分界模糊分成四型。以血肌历浓度为标准把临床肾功能不全分四期，发现慢性肾病四型与肾功能不全明确对应关系。超声图像的此种分型与肾病的严重度和肾功能有关。但与病理类型无特殊关系。对指导治疗以及推测其预后均有现实意义。

Comparative Observation on Sonograpbic Changes and Renal Function in Chronic Renal Diseases

The ultrasonograms of 78 cases with chronic renal diseases were divided into four types according to renal length, renocortical echo and its width, the ratio between area of renal sinus and renal area, changes of renal echo intensity and uncertain renocortical-myelo bounds. It was found that there was a distinct correspondence between the four types of chronic renal diseasea by sonogram and the clinical four stages of renal disfunction using sero-creatinine concentration as standard. This sonographic typing, which has no special relation to pathological types, is related to the seventies of renal lesion and dysfunction and has a practical significance in directing treatment and referring prognosis.
