浙江省嘉善县成人高血压患病率及认知行为调查分析

目的评估我县成人高血压的流行现状及对高血压疾病的认知度,为有效地防控提供依据。方法 2010年5～6月到我县各街道及乡镇随机抽样调查18岁以上常住居民7200人,予监测血压及问卷调查。结果高血压总患病率为23.56%,且随着年龄的增长逐渐上升;高血压患者的知晓率、治疗率与控制率分别为66.40%、41.17%与18.93%;高血压人群对高血压的危险因素及并发症认知度低。结论嘉善县人群高血压患病率高,知晓率、治疗率略高于国内平均水平,但控制率及对疾病认知度低,需采取多渠道、有效的干预措施。

Prevalence, cognitive behavior of hypertension in adult residents of Jiashan county, Zhejiang province

Objective To estimate the current status of prevalence,cognitive behavior of hypertension in adult residents of Jiashan county. Methods A total of 7200 ordinarily residents in the investigation over the age of 18 were included randomly in the survey from various streets in the county and township. Blood pressure was measured and information on hypertension was obtained by use of a questionnaire. Results The overall prevalence of hypertension was 23.56%, and gradually increased with increasing age; Among hypertensive patients, awareness rate, treatment rate and control rate were 66.40%, 41.17% and 18.93%; Hypertensive patients were lack of risk factors and complications of hyper- tension. Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension is high, and awareness rate, treatment rate of hypertension are higher than the national average, but the control and awareness rates of the disease of hypertension is low. These re- suits underscore the urgent need to take a multi-channel, effective interventions
