外伤性脾破裂27例临床分析

本文分析了27例外伤性脾破裂的临床资料。指出和平时期患者以青少年为主,占51.9％(14/27);损伤以闭合性为主,占92.6％(25/27);类型以复合伤为主,占63.O％(17/27)。入院时超过半数病人显示血液稀释,大多数病人有白细胞计数及中性百分比反应性升高。讨论了外伤性脾破裂的诊断特点,强调了腹腔诊断性穿刺的作用,在治疗上推荐选择适合病例行脾修补术。

Clinical Analysis of 27 Cases of Traumatic Ruptureof Spleen

Clinical data of 27 cases of traumatic rupture of the spleen were analysed. It indicates that the teenagers are the major victims during the period of peace time, accounting for 51.9% (14127). Blunt trauma of abdomen and complications with injuries of other viscera are of predominace, accounting for 92.6%(25/27)and 60.3%(17/27). More than half of the patients manifest themselves in the blood dilution and most patients show an increase in white blood cell count and in percentage of the neutrophil. The main points of diagnostic abdominal paracentesis are emphasized and splenorrhaphy is recommended to be applied in the proper cases.
