| 摘 要： | 卫生部于2005年颁布<中国护理事业发展规划纲要(2005-2010年)>,2007年是其实施的关键一年.为了解四川省在"十一五"过去2年期间护理工作中取得的成效和存在的问题,对四川省26所三级医院的护理工作情况就医院护士配置、护士队伍建设、医院临床护理质量管理以及护理工作中存在的问题进行调查分析,并提出对策与建议,以加快四川省护理事业的发展.

| Abstract: | 2007 was the critical year to fulfill Outline of the Nursing Development Program in China (2005-2010) which was decreed by the Ministry of Health in 2005. In order to know the achievement and issues in nursing work in the past two years, nursing work situation among 26 level-three hospitals in Sichuan province was investigated, including the allocation of hospital nurses, building of nursing team, clinical nursing quality administration and issues in clinical nursing practice.
