| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声监护在宫腔镜检查中的价值。方法 2010~2012年常州市第二人民医院156例患者行宫腔镜检查,术中B超全程监护,观察临床效果。结果 156例患者检查顺利,无1例子宫穿孔。结论 B超监护在宫腔镜检查中对提高手术安全性、辅助宫腔镜检查诊断疾病具有重要价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonic monitoring in hysteroscopy. Methods Clinical effects of 156 patients undergone B-ultrasonic monitoring in hysteroscopy in The Second People’ s Hospital of Changzhou City from 2010 to 2012 were observed. Results All the operations were performed successfully without the occurrence of perforation. Conclusion B-ultrasonic monitoring improves security and accuracy of hysteroscopy which has an important clinical value. |
