德阳市某企业职工乙型肝炎病毒感染的血清流行病学调查

目的　了解企业职工乙型肝炎病毒感染情况 ,为疾病防制提供依据。方法　对德阳市某企业在岗职工 782 2人用ELISA法进行血清HBsAg、抗 -HBs、HBeAg、抗 -HBe、抗 -HBc及ALT (赖氏法 <40u)检查。 结果　HBsAg阳性率为 9 74% ,HBeAg阳性率 1 0 2 % ;抗 -HBe阳性率 5 63 % ,抗 -HBc阳性率 6 65 %、抗 -HBs阳性率 3 2 84%。HBsAg、HBeAg、抗 -HBe、抗 -HBc阳性率男性高于女性 ,抗 -HBs阳性率女性高于男性。ALT异常 2 14人 ,3 7人分别有HBsAg、HBeAg、抗 -HBe、抗 -HBc阳性 ,177人阴性。 结论　企业职工中乙型肝炎感染率接近四川省流调水平 ,且感染者大多不知情 ,提示应加强职工体检工作 ,及时采取预防措施 ,切实保护职工的身体健康。

Serum Epidemiology Investigation of HBV Infection Among Employees in Deyang

Objective To Investigate the situation of HBV infection of the employees,and to provide the basis for diseases prevention and control.Methods Serum HBsAg,Anti-HBs,HBeAg,Anti-HBe,Anti-HBc and ALT testing with ELISA method (Reitman-Frank1<40u) were conducted among 7822 employees of one company in Deyang city.Results The positive rate of HBsAg was 9.74%;the positive rate of HBeAg was 1.02%;the rate of Anti-HBe was 5.63%;the rate of Anti-HBc was 6.65%;the rate of Anti-HBs was 32.84%.The results also showed that the positive rates of HBsAg,HBeAg,Anti-HBe,and Anti-HBc of men were higher than those of women;the positive rate of Anti-HBs of women was higher than that of men.A total of 214 people showed abnormal ALT,with 37 of them showing positive HBsAg,HBeAg,Anti-HBe,and Anti-HBc and the rest 177 people showing negative ones.Conclusions The rate of HBV infection is almost equal to the common rate of Sichuan.Because most of the people who showed positive HBsAg,HBeAg,Anti-HBe,Anti-HBc do not know the situation of themselves,it is suggested to reinforce the check-up of the employees,to take preventive measures in time,and to protect emloyees' health actually.
