在CT/DSA导向下放射性粒子植入治疗恶性肿瘤的近期疗效

目的:探讨放射性粒子植入治疗恶性肿瘤的临床应用疗效。方法:回顾分析2004年5月以来在CT/DSA导向下经皮穿刺植入125I放射性粒子的恶性肿瘤患者17例,所有患者均经病理、各种影像检查证实为恶性肿瘤。利用TPS计划系统,精确植入125I放射性粒子1。25I放射性粒子由宁波君安科技有限公司提供,半衰期59.6 d,源活度0.6 mCi。结果:随访1~14个月,12例患者取得较满意的近期疗效,4例患者无变化,1例患者增大,2例顽固性疼痛患者症状得到明显改善。其中1例CR,11例PR,4例PD,1例NC。有效率为70.6%。术后1周复查外周血像及临床观察有无毒副反应、术后相关并发症发生。结论:放射性粒子植入治疗恶性肿瘤具有微创、疗效高、并发症发生率低等优点。

Effect of malignant tumor treated with radioactive seed implanting under CT/DSA guidance

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of brachytherapy with radioactive seed implanting into malignant tumor.Methods: Radioactive seed ~125I were implanting precisely under CT/DSA guidance into 17 cases of malignant tumor including lung cancer on nasopharyngeal carcinoma and treatment planning system was used simultaneously.Results:In a period over 1 to 14 months follow-up,12 cases obtained rather satisfactory curative effect,4 cases had no changes,and 1 case aggravated.2 cases with intractable pain ameliorated obviously.Among the 17 cases,1 case was seen complete response;11 cases partial response;1 case no change;4 cases progressive disease.The effective rate was 70.6%.Conclusion: The treatment of radioactive seed implanted into malignant tumor was minimally invasive,safe and effective.
