褥式环扎联合电化学及平阳霉素注射治疗颌面部大范围静脉畸形的临床观察

目的:观察褥式环扎联合电化学及平阳霉素注射治疗颌面部大范围静脉畸形的临床疗效。方法 :回顾2007-01—2012-12期间,采用褥式环扎联合电化学及平阳霉素注射治疗的23例颌面部大范围静脉畸形患者的临床资料,分析其临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况,根据疗效评价标准,将治疗结果分为治愈、显效、无效。结果:全组随访6个月³年,有效率100%,临床治愈率78.3%(18/23)。术后不良反应主要是肿胀、疼痛、发热等,未见严重不良反应。结论:褥式环扎联合电化学及平阳霉素注射治疗颌面部大范围静脉畸形具有创伤小、无瘢痕、安全可靠等优点,外形和功能恢复良好,是一种有效的治疗方法。

Mattress Cerclage Method Combined with Electrochemical Therapy and Intralesional Pingyangmycin Injection for the Management of Large Venous Malformations in Maxillofacial Region

Objective： The aim of this study was to review the efficacy of mattress cerclage method combined with electrochemical therapy and pingyangmycin injection for treatment of large venous malformations in maxillofacial regions.Methods： From January 2007 to December 2012, a total of 23 cases of large venous malformations were treated by this method. The clinical efficacy level of the treatment was divided into cured, improved and invalid. Results： The follow-up time ranged from 6 months to 3 years. The clinical efficiency rate was 100% with a clinical curative rate of 78.3%. The most common complications were regional swelling, facial pain, and fever. No serious adverse effects occurred.Conclusion： Mattress cerclage method combined with electrochemical therapy and pingyangmycin intralesional injection is a reliable,minimally invasive treatment for maxillofacial venous malformations. Functions of chewing, deglutition,respiration, and speech are not disturbed.
