阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症对照研究

目的：探讨阿立哌唑治疗首发精神分裂症的临床疗效与安全性。方法：将60例首发精神分裂症患者，随机分为阿立哌唑组30例，利培酮组30例，疗程8周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评定疗效，采用治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果：阿立哌唑组的治疗总有效率为83．3％，利培酮组的治疗总有效率为86．6％，两组疗效差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论：两组疗效相当，阿立哌唑的不良反应较少。

A comparison study of Aripiprazole and Risperidone in treatment of first episode schizophrenia

Objective：To explore the efficacy and safety of Aripiprazole in the treatment of first episode schizophrenia. Meth- ods ：60 cases of patients with schizophrenia were divided into two groups treated with Aripiprazole or Risperidone respectively for 8 weeks. The positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS） and treatment emergent symptoms effect scale （TESS） were used to evaluate the efficacy and adverse effect, respectively. Results： The efficacy rates of Aripiprazole group was 83.3% after 8 weeks while that was 86.6% in Risperidone group. There was no significant differrence between the two groups of efficacy rates （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions： The two groups have similar therapeutic effect. Aripiprazole have fewer adverse effect.
