阿立哌唑合并氯氮平治疗慢性精神分裂症45例的临床观察

目的：了解阿立哌唑与氯氮平合并治疗慢性精神分裂症的治疗效果与不良反应。方法：90例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组各45例，治疗组予以阿立哌唑联合氯氮平治疗，对照组单用氯氮平，在治疗前、治疗后2、4、8、12周末采用PANSS量表评定疗效，TESS量表评定不良反应。结果：治疗组与对照组疗效比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05），总不良反应显著减少（P〈0．05）。结论：阿立哌唑合并氯氮平治疗慢性精神分裂症疗效好，安全性高，可以作为一个较好的选择。

The clinical research of Aripiprazole combined with Clozapine in chronic schizophrenia

Objective：To study Aripiprazole combined with Clozapine for the for the treatment in chronic schizophrenia thera- peutic efficacy and side effect respectively. Methods： 90 cases of chronic schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into two groups of 45 cases, the treatment group to be the Aripiprazole joint clozapine in the treatment of the control group was treated with Clozapine, before treatment, after treatment, 2,4,8 the 12th week of PANSS to evaluate the efficacy and TESS rating scale adverse reactions. Re- suits： The efficacy of treatment and control groups showed no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）, total adverse events significantly re- duced （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Aripiprazole and Clozapine in the treatment of chronic schizophrenia with good curative effect, high safety, can be used as a good choice.
