肿瘤干细胞与前列腺癌相关性的研究进展

肿瘤干细胞是指肿瘤中具有自我更新能力并能产生异质性肿瘤细胞的细胞,目前越来越多的研究表明,肿瘤是一种干细胞疾病。最近研究发现,前列腺癌中亦存在具有干细胞特性的肿瘤细胞。肿瘤干细胞的研究进展为进一步研究肿瘤细胞的生物学特性开辟了新的方向,它突破了以往把肿瘤视为均一、整体的研究思路,对于前列腺癌靶向治疗具有重要意义。现就肿瘤干细胞的基本内容、分离方法以及前列腺癌肿瘤干细胞的特性和目前研究存在的问题予以综述。

Research on Correlation between Cancer Stem Cells and Prostate Cancer

Cancer stem cell is a tumor with self-renewal capacity and can produce heterogeneous tumor cells.At present,a growing number of studies have shown that cancer is a stem cell disease.Recent studies have shown that prostate cancer cells exhibits stemness.Advances in cancer stem cell research gives a new direction for the further study on the biological characteristics of tumor cells,which breaks to the previous cancer research concept of tumor homogenization,showing a great significance for prostate cancer.In this paper,the basic knowledge of tumor stem cells,separation methods,prostate cancer characteristics of cancer stem cells,and current research problems are reviewed.
