冬眠瘤2例及文献复习

目的 探讨冬眠瘤的临床病理特点、诊断及鉴别诊断要点.方法 对2例冬眠瘤进行光镜观察、免疫组化检测及文献复习.结果 镜下肿瘤呈分叶状结构,为纤维血管分割,肿瘤细胞为圆形、多角形,瘤细胞胞质内见嗜酸性颗粒及许多小脂滴,细胞核居中.免疫组化显示肿瘤细胞S-100阳性,CD34阴性.结论 冬眠瘤病理特征显著,应注意其与成年型横纹肌瘤、颗粒细胞瘤、黏液样脂肪肉瘤、黄色瘤鉴别.

Hibernoma: a report of 2 cases and review of literature

Objective To investigate the histopathological characteristics, diagnostic criteria and differential diagnosis of hibemoma. Methods Two cases of hibernoma were studed by histopathology, immunohistochemistry, with relevant literature reviewed. Results Light microscopic examination revealed the tumor was divided into numerous lobules by well vascularised connective tissue. Most tumors contained large number of multivacuolated brown fat ceils with abundant granular or eosinophihc cytoplasm and small centrally located nuclei. Hibemoma ceils were positive for S - 100 protein and negative for CD34. Conclusion Hibemoma has distinctive histopathologic features, with its differential diagnosis focused on adult rhabdomyoma, granular ceil tumor, myoxoid liposarcoma and xanthoma.
