| 摘 要： | 目的:研究益气养阴解毒方对K562/A02多药耐药移植瘤的逆转作用。方法:建立K562/A02裸鼠移植瘤多药耐药模型;选用维拉帕米作阳性对照,用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测各组移植瘤耐药细胞P糖蛋白(P-gp)与bcl-2的表达情况和移植瘤细胞内注射用盐酸多柔比星(ADM)蓄积浓度及移植瘤耐药细胞的凋亡情况。结果:移植瘤P-gp表达与维拉帕米组相比,生理盐水组与中药小剂量组有差异(P<0.05);bcl-2的表达与维拉帕米组相比,中药大剂量组有差异(P<0.05);益气养阴解毒方能使移植瘤耐药细胞内ADM的浓度升高。结论:益气养阴解毒方具有部份逆转白血病K562/A02移植瘤多药耐药性的作用,其逆转移植瘤裸鼠多药耐药性的机制不是通过下调肿瘤细胞膜上P-gp的表达实现的,而与降低bcl-2的表达、促进耐药细胞凋亡有关。
