| 摘 要： | 摘要:《伤寒论》有关对预后的辨证的条文多达40余条,条条意博理奥,艰涩难懂,若非刻意研精,则难识其真要,在临床实践应用当中更难做到运用自如。笔者通过学习《黄帝内经》、《医宗金鉴》等经典医著,并通过对《伤寒论》预后辨证之条文逐一分析,在探求其理,明其辨证的基础上,结合自己的临床实践经验,将《伤寒论》预后辨证综合、归纳为阴阳自和预后、凭脉预后、以证预后和脉证合参预后4个方面,以求在临床实践之中起到提纲携领之作用,从而达到指导临床实践的目的。
