| 摘 要： | 目的 分析原发性高血压与颈动脉内膜-中层厚度之间的关系.方法对100例原发性高血压患者与100例正常对照者行颈动脉超声检查,测量颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(CIMT),同时行常规及生化检查.结果随着高血压分级的逐渐增加,CIMT逐渐增厚,斑块的发生率也逐渐增加,各级高血压分组与正常对照组比较,有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结...
