| 摘 要： | 目的探讨动脉健康评估（AHP）在超声评估颈动脉粥样硬化中的价值。方法采用AHP技术对446名受检者（其中正常组236人,增厚组99人,斑块组111人）的颈动脉内-中膜厚度进行自动测量,分别结合AHP自带的美国白人和黑人参考人群,获得3组颈动脉的内-中膜厚度（IMT）、血管年龄（VA）和心血管疾病风险系数（CDR）参数,并对各组参数进行分析比较。结果结合美国白人参考人群获得的正常组颈动脉IMT和CDR值与结合黑人参考人群所得值无显著差异,但VA值差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。斑块组的IMT、VA和CDR值均高于增厚组和正常组（P〈0.05）,增厚组的IMT、VA和CDR值均高于正常组（P〈0.05）。所有受检者的IMT分别与VA和CDR直线正相关（P〈0.05）。结论 AHP技术可为超声评估颈动脉粥样硬化提供直观的参数,并为临床提供参考。 |
