9例院内子痫临床分析

目的总结9例院内子痫者的临床资料，探讨避免或减少院内子痫发生可能性。方法回顾2002～2009年我院诊断院内子痫9例病例．分析相关临床资料。将9例院内子痫分为2组。①子痫发作前已明确诊断重度子痫前期，并经治疗后在住院期间子痫发作者设定为A组，3例；②子痫发作前未诊断子痫前期或妊娠高血压疾病者设定为B组，6例，均为临产后发生抽搐。结果①A组在住院期间均经应用硫酸镁治疗，但子痫发作时．均尚未应用硫酸镁，停用时间为6～45h，其中产前子痫1例、产后子痫2例。②B组均于临产后活跃期发生子痫．为产时子痫，子痫发作前血压正常或轻度增高，未应用硫酸镁治疗，但经有效治疗后产后无再次抽搐发生病例。结论重度子痫前期孕妇，产前硫酸镁用量要足，产时、产后要及时应用硫酸镁。血压正常或轻度增高的孕妇，产时应重视孕妇血压的变化．避免不良刺激，并及时应用硫酸镁治疗。

Clinical analysis of 9 cases of eclampsia in hospital

Objective Retrospectively analyze the data of 9 cases of eclampsia in hospital is conducted and and the measures of how to avoid and decrease the occurrence of eclampsia were discussed.
