| 摘 要： | 医学研究生是国家高素质、创造性医学人才的后备军,科研能力是研究生培养的重要内容之一,提高医学研究生科研能力对完善医学研究生教育具有重要意义.本文从基础理论学习中培养科研兴趣,课题设计中塑造科研思维,实验室工作中强化实验室技能,论文撰写中凝练科研结果4个方面进行阐述,为提高医学研究生科研能力提供解决方法和思路.

| Abstract: | Medical postgraduates are the high-quality creative medical human resources,the improvement of their ability in scientific research is one of the important training.This review presents how to improve scientific research ability from four aspects,including the culture of interest,the establishment of scientific thinking,the enhancement of laboratory skills,and the harvest of scientific achievement. |
